James Fielding has spent his entire working life in the property industry - over the years, he has worked for both corporate and independent estate agents, property management companies, property brokers and consultancies.
His work - in addition to buying and selling property - has included establishing and running an investment service for an estate agency, managing property across East Scotland for a large corporate firm, producing marketing and advertising campaigns, working with and sourcing property for various investment syndicates, organising and delivering property seminars, investor coaching and bespoke property sourcing.
James currently sources property for a large number of clients from a broad cross-section of backgrounds. Property has been acquired for everyone from a London-based first time buyer who could not afford to get on the housing ladder locally, to the average couple looking to supplement a pension fund, to several professional landlords who were expanding their multi-million pound portfolios. There are very few people who cannot own an investment property - James believes, and has demonstrated time and time again, that buy to let is accessible to everyone.
He owns his own portfolio of successful buy-to-let properties located around Northamptonshire and Scotland , which he is continuing to expand on.
James is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Training Course, a member of the Federation of Small Businesses, part of several networking organisations and has had several articles published in the press and various other property industry publications.
