Staff Performance Reports
Often referred to as "Mystery Shopping". How do your staff perform in your absence? What impression do you convey to the general public? Are they doing what they are supposed to do? Are they always acting in the companies interests? Mystery shopping is an excellent and cost-effective way to learn where you stand.
The Service includes an assessment of: Staff telephone manner, presentation of the office, initial reception from your staff, services offered (financial services, solicitors, etc), sales ability, conduct of the negotiator on a viewing and follow up calls. A detailed summary of the branch will be delivered to you on completion.
