in Britain, he is more than happy to look into your proposed purchase for you
and provide you with a list of comparables, estimate of market rent, feasibility
of renting, his thoughts on the deal and whether or not you should be buying
it. This will benefit you as you are getting an unbiased, professional opinion
from an independent third party - whilst never a substitute for your own due
diligence, he can either pull your head out of the clouds and stop you making
a costly mistake or re-affirm that something genuinely is as good a deal as you
think it is.

There is a rise in brand-new, first time investors (and slightly nervous
existing investors!), attracted by some of the fantastic investment opportunities
out there just now, who need a helping hand with their acquisitions. Wherever

If you need to sell a property
fast or have a property that a purchaser would struggle to get a mortgage for,
we will find you a cash purchaser for a quick sale. We have clients interested
in all types of property such as those in need of renovation, suffering from
structural damage, refused a part-exchange by a developer, involved in a broken
chain or requiring an urgent sale to avoid repossession. Valuations are arranged
within days, followed by an immediate decision and instruction of solicitors.

on all matters to do with their property. From presentation to marketing to management
to legalities to tax and anything else required, we have it covered. we can
also provide advice from tenants on which agents they should be using, what
their lease should include and how to handle any situation that may arise.
Although we are not lawyers, we can use our experience and knowledge of the
industry to provide you with accurate, honest and sensible advice that can
keep you on the right side of the law.
