For Individuals

The word "coaching" has a certain stigma attached to it which I dislike, but could perhaps be used to best describe the work I do with individuals.

I am not a therapist, counsellor or mental health professional and these sessions should not be used as a substitute for such services – however, through structured, managed, thought-provoking, non-judgemental and confidential conversations, I will be able to assist you in finding the solutions to the challenges you face or the goals that you are aiming for. All I ask is that you are honest and open with me.

I work with both self-employed and PAYE clients, helping them to address challenges and changes in both their personal and work lives. The best results are often achieved by encouraging a different way of thinking or viewing an issue and talking through all possible solutions and outcomes, then allowing the client to choose the best one for them, whilst supporting them through the process and giving them accountability.

These challenges could include issues surrounding career progression or changes, personal and family relationships, boredom or ennui, alcohol or drug misuse, motivation, lack of direction – this is very much a non-exhaustive list, but should give you a good overview.

As mentioned elsewhere on this site, I specialise in working with neuro-diverse clients (but please remember this is a specialism, not a requirement for clients to have ADHD, autism or similar!) and it is likely that I will understand better than most the challenges that you face and can empathise with them. Often it is difficult for a neuro-diverse person to articulate exactly what they are up against as describing your thoughts can make absolutely no sense to someone without the relevant understanding and experience.

You have nothing to lose and a huge amount to gain by booking a free discovery call with me – there's no pressure, if I believe I can work with you then I'll tell you and explain why, the same if I feel that I cannot.
