Let's get this clear from the outset – I'm not here to do your job for you.

I'm here to observe, suggest, advise and help you implement changes to make your business better – and by better I mean more streamlined, more efficient, more structured, more clients, more sales, happier staff and better results.

This role has previously been likened to being the "Consigliere" of a mafia family, which is a comparison that I think is absolutely excellent.

It doesn't matter if you are a one-man band embarking on a brand-new venture or an established, multi-office business with dozens of employees – I can and do work with all sizes of operation, with the advice tailored to your individual needs. There isn't a one size fits all answer to whatever issues that you may be facing, so the solutions must be bespoke.

Whilst I have specialised primarily in the residential property sector, I have worked with numerous other businesses in different industries. Whether you have a sandwich shop, a car dealership or own a chain of estate agents, I'm happy to work with you, subject to you having the right attitude.

There is no point in paying me to spend my time working with you if you will not listen to my suggestions, pick and choose what you want to do, or implement the changes that I advise you to make – you have to be willing to adjust and in some extreme cases, this may require upsetting the status quo quite dramatically.

Just as a few examples - I can advise on your marketing, your branding, your staff training, achieving the sales targets you need to trade profitably (sometimes even helping you work out how much you need to trade profitably!), delegation, making your staff accountable whilst ensuring they feel rewarded and can see genuine career progression, guiding you through expansion plans and introducing or improving a formal business structure, along with helping you save money by cutting unnecessary spending.

Specific to residential property – I can assist you and your staff with gaining and booking valuations and viewings, gaining and keeping instructions, cross-selling financial services and conveyancing, along with helping you stand out from the other dozen agents in your local town.
